If you need help selecting acoustic products, you may call our Technician at Soundproofing America US, Inc. for sound advice and to help you make the correct purchasing decisions.

  • Acoustic foams do not block the transmission of sound. Foam absorbs echoes and controls reverberation. All pyramids, wedges, bass traps, acoustic curtains, wall panels and ceiling tiles are meant to be used as acoustic treatments and are not to be considered "soundproofing" materials.

  • Polyurethane Foam is highly flammable and not to be used in public areas. Use melamine foam instead.

  • Customer pickup at our location is available.

  • We are unable to promise same or next-day order fulfillment, but do process and fill most orders within three (3) business days.

  • Air shipment is available for a significant premium. However, there is no way to guarantee delivery by a certain date no matter which shipping service your choose. Please allow yourself ample lead time so you have the acoustic treatment your need when you need it.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to freight company delays or any other reason beyond our control.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: NO CANCELLATIONS OR CREDITS GIVEN ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

  • If for some reason you feel you have received an order that contains flawed or defective product, DO NOT INSTALL IT. Notify us within three (3) days and we will issue you shipping instructions. Upon verification, we will replace any defective product. MERCHANDISE RETURNED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. You will forfeit any right to have merchandise replaced if you have not notified us within three days of receipt.

  • POLYURETHANE FOAM IS FLAMMABLE. DO NOT EXPOSE TO HEAT SOURCES OR OTHER POSSIBLE IGNITION SOURCES.

  • Always consult your local building codes before purchasing and installing any building products regardless of the source.

  • Prior to purchasing our products, you agree to absolve us of any responsiblity for any damage or loss to your person or property due to any and all circumstances.

  • We are not building contractors. We do not take any responsibility for installation of our products. We give some general examples of how they may be used, but we recommend installation by a licensed contractor.

    Soundproofing America US Return Policy


    For defective merchandise, contact us by email or phone within the first three days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the safe transportation of the returned item, so insurance is recommended. Returned goods must be packaged properly or no refund will be given. Merchandise that is returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item(s) and therefore should properly package and insure product(s). Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable. We will not accept returns shipped via COD.
