SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Shipping can vary from the estimated shipping provided during checkout process. If shipping is more than estimated amount, customer will be contacted to pay actual shipping cost associated with order. Most items are shipped via UPS ground service and delivered within 1 - 4 days, depending upon availability. You will be notified if a product is backordered or unavailable.

Larger orders (over 300 lbs or 3 rolls) are eligible for delivery by Freight service. When merchandise is shipped via freight service, it is the customer's responsibility to have the item removed from the truck. Lift gates and inside delivery are available at an additional charge. Please let us know if you have a shipping dock at your disposal. Lift gate delivery lowers the freight from the tail of the trailer to the ground and leaves it at the curb. Inside delivery brings the freight from the ground to inside the front door or inside the garage. Residential delivery is to your home or apartment. These items are charged indivually.
