Mega Zorbe™ Pro - Hydrophobic Melamine Foam
Mega Zorbe™ Pro is the thicker version of our standard Mega Zorbe™ Foam, great for absorbing sound and thermal insulation in your vehicle. Mega Zorbe™ Pro is perfect for larger SUVs, sprinter vans, pick up trucks, and other large vehicles due to the fact that they have more space for insulation and acoustic foam. We have hydrophobically enhanced our Mega Zorbe™ Pro foam to ensure that it is safe and will last long in your vehicle. Since Mega Zorbe™ Pro is thicker than our standard Mega Zorbe™ foam, it will absorb lower frequency noises more effectively in your vehicle.

Installation Instructions
- Recommended Installation: First, remove your door panels and/or vehicle headliner
- The best way to handle Mega Zorbe™ Pro is to first cut it down to the size of the install location, making sure to leave room for wiring and other electrical components.
- Mega Zorbe™ Pro cuts easily: a simple pair of scissors will do the job! After you make your cuts, simply peel & stick!
- We do not recommend using this product in heat bays or near heat sources. For high heat applications, try Mega Block™.
- For thinner foam options, consider our Mega Zorbe™, which comes in 1/2" only.
- You can also stack Mega Zorbe™ Pro on top of itself for more thermal and sound insulation to 3" or even 4" of total thickness using a spray adhesive, like our Contact Spray Adhesive or P329 Permanent Spray Adhesive.
- The R-Value of open cell foam makes Mega Zorbe™ Pro excellent for additional insulation in the doors and above the headliner.
- DO NOT use MegaZorbe™ Pro on the floor of your vehicle because the open cell foam will decay over time if weight is constantly on it.
